As Managing Director at Priority Concepts, Sokrat led initiatives that drove over $118 million in tax credits for lower-middle market companies across the United States. His ability to identify opportunities and structure complex deals made him an invaluable asset in the competitive tax credit space.
Sokrat later transitioned to Head of Origination at C6 Capital, a New York City-based family office. In this role, he specialized in providing short-term opportunistic credit solutions to both US public and private companies, developing a keen understanding of risk assessment and deal execution.
At PCS, Sokrat oversees business development and client relationships, leveraging his extensive network and financial acumen to help grow the company while ensuring clients receive strategic guidance alongside technical solutions.
